Terms of Use and Sale
These terms govern the use of this site and the purchase of digital content on it. The site is operated by [LEGAL NAME / DITTA], [REGISTERED ADDRESS], Italy, VAT [PARTITA IVA], email [CONTACT EMAIL].
1. The service
The site offers self-reflection tests based on the book The Leak. With a free account you can take the tests and keep short results. Full reports, bundles, subscriptions and the book are paid digital content. The Disclaimer is part of these terms.
2. Account
You must be at least 18. One account per person. Keep access to your email secure: anyone who can read it can sign in. We may suspend accounts used in breach of these terms or the law.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown before purchase and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed by our payment provider acting as merchant of record: for the purchase, your contract is with that provider, whose terms also apply, and it issues your receipt or invoice.
4. Delivery and right of withdrawal
Reports are digital content supplied immediately after payment. Under art. 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once supply begins, but only if you expressly requested immediate supply and acknowledged this at checkout; you will receive confirmation of this on a durable medium. Where a right of withdrawal applies (for example a subscription before any paid content has been supplied), you can exercise it through the “Withdraw from contract here” function in your account (art. 54-bis Consumer Code), with the model form, or by email. We confirm receipt on a durable medium.
5. Subscription
A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the price shown at purchase until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your account in no more steps than it took to subscribe; access continues until the end of the paid period. We will notify you in advance of any price change, and you may cancel before it applies. Annual subscribers receive a reminder before renewal.
6. Referral programme
You may share a personal invitation link. Bonuses are credited only when the invited person creates an account and, where stated, completes a first purchase. Bonuses have no cash value, cannot be transferred and expire 12 months after crediting. Self-referrals, fake accounts and spam are prohibited and void any bonus.
7. Conformity of digital content
You are entitled to the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content (arts. 135-octies et seq. Consumer Code). If a report cannot be generated or is not delivered, contact us and we will regenerate it or refund you. A report that reflects your own answers is not non-conforming because you disagree with it.
8. Acceptable use
Do not copy, resell or republish the tests or reports, scrape the site, attempt to obtain reports without paying, enter identifying data about other people, or use the service to harass, manipulate or evaluate others.
9. Intellectual property
The tests, texts, design and reports are protected by copyright. Your report is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may share your own result card on social media.
10. Liability
Results are generated automatically and with AI and may contain errors. Within the limits allowed by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on them or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence (art. 1229 Civil Code) or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
11. Changes, complaints and law
We may update these terms; the version accepted at purchase applies to that purchase. Complaints: [CONTACT EMAIL] — we reply within 14 days. Italian law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence; for consumers resident in Italy, the court of their residence has jurisdiction. You may also use out-of-court consumer dispute resolution bodies recognised in your country.
